Jessamy Staffing Solutions is a specialist employment business, which supplies care homes, hospitals and other healthcare clients in Yorkshire, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire and Greater Manchester regions with highly trained registered managers, healthcare assistants, support workers, domestic staff and much more.

Pauline and Charles set up the Business following a family tragedy, a few weeks before Covid 19 started in 2020. It was during this difficult time that both of them channelled their energy, working through the pain and loss of their baby girl, to kick start the business. Jessamy Staffing Solutions was conceived on the 24th of February 2020, just a few weeks before the UK went into its first National Covid 19 Pandemic lock down.

The first office space was acquired on February 1st, 2023. However, due to the lock down restrictions, their home became the office where the work to develop Jessamy Staffing Solutions was started and continued until they could move into the office space.

Following a successful first year trading as Jessamy Staffing Solutions, the duo decided to pursue CQC registration for a domiciliary care service. On September 13th, 2021, Jessamy Platinum Homecare was successfully registered with the CQC. Following this, the company name evolved to = Jessamy Staffing Solutions with Jessamy Platinum Homecare. On 16th November 2022, we had our first CQC inspection and achieved an overall GOOD Rating.

Jessamy Staffing Solutions has become a regional provider of temporary employment solutions for care and nursing homes, assisted living facilities and outpatient centres. We will provide support workers, carers and healthcare assistants.

Our Registered Manager, Bimpe is passionate about service user involvement in educating healthcare professionals and in her current role helps student social and public health professionals develop a compassionate approach to care practice. For her PHD in Public Health thesis Bimpe explored in depth the: ‘Understanding the Dynamics of Service User Participation in Healthcare Provision” and she brings in her incredibly valuable knowledge and professionalism to Jessamy Platinum Homecare. We are the only homecare provider in Bolton and the surrounding area that is led by such a high calibre, qualified, passionate and experienced Health and social care educator therefore we have every assurance in her ability to deliver an outstanding domiciliary care service in Bolton and beyond.

Our chosen Nominated Individual and Group Chief executive officer Pauline is a devoted caregiver who is very involved in the practical delivery of person-centred care. She is a mother of six children with different care needs. Pauline has firsthand experience of living with limiting disabilities, hence sensitive to the needs of vulnerable people.

Our Lead Compliance Officer and codirector Fiona brings in 24 years of experience managing care homes, activities and resources to meet care customer needs. Flexible and adaptable with superior communication, relationship management and influencing skills. Proven history of identifying issues, acquiring data and drawing conclusions to support resolutions. Strong aptitude for leading teams to effectively address care client needs and implement changes by supporting strategic business initiatives.
